Ordering
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. An account is created automatically from your shipping details so you can track orders and reorder faster.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes. Call +61 416 360 561 Mon–Fri 8:00-17:00 AEST and our sales team will take your order, confirm fitment, and send a proforma invoice.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes — independent workshops, plant hire fleets and contractors qualify for trade pricing. Register on the Contact page and we’ll set up your account within one business day.
Can I cross-reference an OEM part number?
Absolutely. Use the search bar on the catalogue page — our system indexes OEM, aftermarket and common alternative names. If it doesn’t match, submit a Custom Sourcing request and we’ll cross-reference manually.
Shipping
How fast do you dispatch?
Stock orders placed before 2:00pm AEST ship the same business day.
Which carriers do you use?
TNT, StarTrack and local couriers across Australia.
Do you ship to remote and mine sites?
Yes — WA, NT and QLD remote and mine sites, typically 3–5 business days.
How is shipping calculated?
Calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Metro orders over $1,000 ex GST ship free.
Warranty & Returns
What’s the warranty period?
12 months on every part.
How do I claim warranty?
Email info@tectoparts.com.au with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange replacement or refund.
Can I return a part I no longer need?
Yes — unused parts in original condition can be returned within 30 days. Contact us to arrange.
Custom Sourcing
What if you don’t stock the part I need?
Submit a Custom Sourcing request — our procurement team taps our factory network and responds within 48 hours with pricing and lead time.
Do you supply refurbished parts?
Yes — inspected, tested and warranted refurbished parts, up to 60% off OEM.
Can I supply photos with my enquiry?
Yes — attach photos of the part, machine label or serial plate to help us identify it accurately.
