1. About these terms

This website is operated by Tectoparts Pty Ltd (“Tectoparts”, “we”, “us”), 19B Kensal Street, Moorooka QLD 4105, Australia. By browsing this website, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products & aftermarket parts

Tectoparts supplies aftermarket earthmoving parts and, where available, refurbished genuine components. Unless expressly stated in writing, our parts are aftermarket replacements and are not manufactured by, sponsored by, or affiliated with any original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Any make, model or part number is quoted for reference and fitment identification only.

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that a part is correct for their machine before ordering. If you are unsure about fitment, please contact us or submit a custom sourcing enquiry and we will assist.

3. Quotes, orders & pricing

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, where applicable, include GST.
• Quotes are provided as an estimate and are valid for the period stated on the quote, or 30 days where no period is stated. Availability and pricing may change without notice.
• An order is only accepted once we confirm it in writing. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where a pricing or stock error has occurred.

4. Payment

Payment terms are as set out on your invoice or quote. Goods remain the property of Tectoparts until payment has been received in full.

5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery times and freight charges are estimates and are handled in line with our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to the customer on delivery or collection. Heavy or oversized items may require delivery to a business address with suitable lifting equipment; additional charges may apply for residential delivery.

6. Warranty & returns

Eligible parts carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of supply, unless otherwise stated. The warranty does not cover normal wear, incorrect fitment, misuse, or damage caused by improper installation or operation.

To make a warranty or return claim, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. This warranty is in addition to any rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which are not excluded by these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, is owned by or licensed to Tectoparts and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tectoparts is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, products or services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
